Well, I'm back in the loop, so I figured I'd try out the ZR-1 I had sitting around the garage. The tune was one Detrick had posted on here a long time ago, and I must say, it's almost perfect. I didn't fully realize how well that car could handle. Now if only the nut behind the wheel was better.
After about a dozen laps, the best I could come away with was 98.118, but I know there are a couple of turns where I could pick up some more time. I don't feel too bad though, as I'm normally 4 or 5 seconds slower than the rest of the crew.
I also tried out the Stingray, and let's just say she and I don't get along too well. I borrowed another tune from Detrick for this one, and I'm sure it's a good tune, as I was able to easily pull the car out of the spins each time the rear end tried to pass the front (which was just about every turn).

Throttle control barely begins to describe the soft touch needed, and I really wasn't in the mood to baby the car around the track. I got it to around 100.xxx before I gave up.
Anyhow, thanks for the new challenge. I'm thinking I may dig out the Z28 next.
