It's finished, so time for the post mortem. I don't know why, but this one seems to have taken a long time. Maybe something to with Easter getting in the way :-\

But, I've finally got a time in the Infiniti of:

1:19:04.694

Nothing special, but considering how far off the pace it was on most of the snakes I thought it would have been a lot worse. It actually did pretty decent on the power tracks - not missile times, but it seems it could hold it's own against the muscle.

On the really twisty stuff, it struggled - I was giving away 5% and more to Blooze's 206 on some of the snakes. But, where things were a bit more open it could give as good as it got, and was stable enough to be consistent too, which is good for racing conditions. In fact, at the weekend it was involved in one of those classic moments while racing Fender - two abreast through the Corkscrew with no contact. That was a good race with lots of side by side action. Fender's 2000GT was faster, but more prone to mistakes and lacked speed down the straights. Then the night was ended with a very close Muscle Inc. race with Detrick at Motegi.

Although the hotlapping is over for this car, it will probably still be pulled out for a few races online. But, for now I'll close with the times:

PR: 207.025
FR: 157.958
TR: 154.350
QR (of questionable value due to different builds): 202.783

Just to add a quick update, this one has proved to be disturbingly strong on the power tracks. Granted, it can't keep up with the missiles, but for online racing against a non-missile based field it more than holds its own :)
