Just finished COD last night. Great story, bit of a melancholly ending. And there is a mini level after the credits. That is fun. Reclaiming a plane hi-jacking. Fast and furious..... wait, not the movie!

Tip for the VIP. Shoot for what is showing. There is no room for a head shot. Had to find out the hard way.

Yeah - it was fun, but it makes me wonder  - no parachute?  Uh, Pain, anyone?

have you tried/planning to try assasins creed?
(not here in europe yet, but looks great from reviews!)

if someone here does have it , can you check something for me pls:
a) does it have a language option  (for audio)
b) if not, can you temporarily change your region to germany or switzlerland, and see if game switches to german

i live in switzerland, so if i buy here it will be in german BUT many games have audio tracks for multiple languages
BUT some dont, so i need to know if i can buy here, or if i have to order from the UK
thxs

I won't lie. I'm fairly intriuged with that game. There has been a fairly large PR push with it in the US. But my weak yearly game budget its probably gone before this one came out.

I'm going to try to rent it, but I'm not holding my breath.

I've seen too many games push the hype machine to fall for another one. Innovative gameplay and pretty graphics are great, but too many have failed with the execution. I'll wait for the word on the street to come back with a decision.

Has anyone played NFS:Pro Street?
EA has supposedly pushed a more simulated version for this one. I have enjoyed the last two. But they have not had enough replay value for a full price buy. I usually beat them in a week or two and take them back to Blockbuster.

dont buy assassins creed, it will eat all of your Forza time :)

i got it yesterday, and cant stop playing it... from what ive seen so far, its a very simple concept but just done so incredibly well - highlight for me so far (without spoiler) was chasing someone thru crowded streets, assassinate them, then having to scale the walls and run across the rooftops to get away from the city guards

i love it, but given mixed reviews , time will tell - i think many will just rent it
(its longevity is probably shorter since no multiplayer)
