They did pull that 5.5 hours per class out of everybody's times in the circuit.  But no times were lost.

Alright Blooze, your F-class times are under fire!  I built out a decently fast car, not a missle, and went after your Oval times with some success.  As of right now I'm 10 seconds ahead of you on the roundy rounds.  I'll be going through and finding the tracks I missed, like Positano, the Ring and Kaido, plus any low hanging fruit I ran in early career.

Just dropping you a friend'y reminder that the lower classes aren't always safe, not when I enjoy the restricted builds so much.
Go sell crazy someplace else, we're all stocked up here.

Yeah you are!  And TJN is huntin' me down in C Class too.  I don't know whether to try to defend or to keep pluggin' away at the unfinished ones.

Me and my Caddy set some good times in R1 this weekend.

I may wait until you have me overhauled in F and then I'll jump in and chase YOU!

My available hunting time has been low lately but I did pass Spiny.  Now I'll have to work on my power car as Lemans is my next track.

Another one past me ::)

Oh well, another couple of rows on the event list and I'll be onto the C Class races. Of course, by then you'll be long gone.........

I'm guessing the snake tracks are not in any events and they seem to be generally ignored by all except those completing a class so just setting times on those would probably shoot anyone way up the board.

Plus there is 9 hours associated with the Snakes.  And another 7 hours tied up with the BenchMark mess...  That's a lot of time off.  And like you said, the only ones hitting those are masochists or people working on a class.

Probably the same thing...  :-\

Did you just call me a masochist?   :P   I was thinking the snakes were all behind me in FM2.  Imagine my surprise.  I can't say I'm looking forward to them but at least I'm already familiar with them.   I just started looking at Lemans this morning.  Boy those are some long straights, especially on the Old course.

So after watching the 24 hrs at Daytona I got to thinking that it sure is good to run around racing and not have to worry about overheating, and tie rods falling off and crap like that.

I am running these S Class races now and it looks like I am going to have to go back and run every track again in hot lap.  I can't seem to shake ole Rossi and his Veyron so I wind up with a drafting penalty on every time.  Bugger...

Four drivers (some with 5), 3.5 hour stints. No sleepies allowed. In the day, the teams had only 2 drivers, holly crap. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Any true enduro is mind numbing, the wear and tear on man and machine (including the men in the pit). I grew up appreciating the Daytona 24 Hr race, have rarely missed it. Le Mans 24 is by far my most appreciated race for the quality of the cars, the teams and the track. Never mind winning, just competing is awe inspiring. I find myself feeling for the teams that crap out early, having their hopes so high at the start, then not even finish. Then the agony of running nearly all the race, only to have something break with a few laps to go. Damn, that sucks. But, no matter what, I admire the effort these guys put out.
As for FM3 enduros, I'm glad they are around 1 hour or so. Other wise, we'd have to form teams in oder to stay awake.  ;)

I have to take them one hour enduros in about 6 bites.  It takes me a couple hours to run one.  I can only make about six laps and I got to take five.

That one with 9 laps of the ring, I'll have to have 9 breaks, and probably 9 breaks on the Le Mans one too.

So for me enduro is a relative word.  Ten laps and I need a pit stop...  :-\

Hey, just in case it hadn't occurred to you, that racing in a private room is a good way to go through X Class.  I wisht I'd thought of it sooner.  You just set the laws to Prototype 1 and you can run against the Hard AI cause you got the stronger car.  Five laps is enough to get a good time set, short enough that you don't have to sweat the lapped traffic, and you make pretty good money - specially on the longer tracks.

Hell, I may go and spend a little more time Tooning my X Car now...

Raise your hand if your X car is one of that bunch of Acuras we got for being VIPs...

I just started to level up my white Acura that was a gift.  Sold the Patron car!!  It hadn't occured to me to level it up to X-class.  I've sort of written it off as just a garbage class for all the "maxxed" out racers to live.

I've got a long way to go to get there.  Perhaps I'll toss a single race in here or there when I finish career.  Until then I'm concentrating on the lower classes and not letting the R and above one's steal my focus.

Trust me, I intend to set a lot of times in the "free race" multiplayer lobbies.  I made over a million last weekend letting the hired driver run enduro's for me as well as knock out some of the R1 career races I have no intention of running on my own.  My skill level peaks somewhere between R3 and R2 and I'm not particularly good at either.

So there is a class above R1?
Hadn't seen that.  ???
